If the product is instock they generally take 24 business hours to process before shipping and estimated delivery date will be provided else estimated shipping date will be provided once you have submitted the quote and reviewed by our team.

Products will be packed carefully to avoid any kind of damage during transport.
Please send us an email or call us and request for returns. 1. Applicable only if products are damaged or wrong item delivered. 2. Returnable up to 30 days after delivery. 3. Returns are subject to a restock fee. 4. Product(s) must be in new, fit to be offered-for-sale condition. Safety seals cannot be opened or broken. 5. Once we receive the original item, we will do quality check within 2 days and initiate refund in the form of credit note. - The credit note can be used for future orders with Innovetree.
